Shari Merritt, AMP
Welcome and thanks for visiting my website! First a little bit about me… my name is Shari and I have been in the mortgage and real estate industry for over 10 years. I am a Mom, (more like a suggestion giver or guider at this point) to a lovely 19 year old daughter, awesome 22 year old son and two special step daughters, as well as partner to long time South Delta realtor Dean Bauck.
In my free time I enjoy travelling, time with family and friends, good wine, (which means anything red), volunteering in the community and the occasional Netflix binge watch.
I am thrilled to have found a home at Southwest Mortgage, DLC – Canadian Mortgage Experts. Working with such a dynamic team ensures that I am able to deliver top notch service along with extensive access to lenders.
I love living and working in my community and am a proud member of the Delta Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Tsawwassen. I am also a member of the Mortgage Broker’s Association of BC and hold my Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation from the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP).
It is important to me that my clients have confidence in their financing decisions and I strive to provide the guidance, knowledge and understanding they need. I am always available to answer questions and provide information. Give me a call, I would love the opportunity to find out more about your unique situation and how I can be of service.
I look forward to hearing from you!
